● Computer Hardware Servicing NC II (392 hours)

   – This course is designed to develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes of a Computer Service Technician in accordance with industry standards. It covers basic and common competencies such as installing, maintaining, configuring, and diagnosing computer systems and networks.

 

● Programming NC IV (252 hours)

   – This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of a trainee/student  on core competencies such as; Design Program Logic, Apply Program Development Approach, Apply Object-Oriented Program Language Skills and Apply Programming Skills in a Second Language  in accordance with the industry standards. It includes common competencies such as: Apply Quality Standards and Operate a Personal Computer.  It also includes basic competencies such as: Utilize specialized communication skills; Develop teams and individuals; Apply problem solving techniques in the workplace; Collect, analyze and organize information; Plan and organize work; and Promote environmental protection.

 

● Contact Center Services NC II (356 hours)

   – This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of a trainee/student on core competencies such as: Communicate Effectively Using English Language, Deliver Quality Customer Service, Perform Computer Operation and Internet Navigation, Demonstrate Understanding and Knowledge for the American Culture and Geography in accordance with the industry standards.

 

● Finishing Course in Call Center Agents NC II (100 hours)

   – This course is designed to develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes of a Contact Center Representative in accordance with industry standards.  It covers core competencies such as: Communicate Effectively in a Customer Contact Center and Render Quality Customer Service.

 

● Animation NC II (516 hours)

   – This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of a trainee/student on core competencies such as: Produce Cleaned-up and In-betweened Drawings in accordance with the industry standards. It includes common competencies such as: Apply Quality Standards, Perform Computer Operations.

 

● Professional Assistant Animator Training NC III (648 hours)

  – This course covers the knowledge, skills and attitude required to interpret animation specifications to produce key drawings for animation productions. Specifically, the module contains drawing model sheets, animation poses, animation expressions and revising and completing key drawings. Additionally, it also teaches the participants how to apply quality standards for clean-up and in-betweening work, operate a personal computer for line testing, solve problems related to work activities, use mathematical concepts and techniques related to production of drawings and use relevant technologies.

 

● Professional 3D Maya Animation Training NC III (648 hours)

   – This course covers the knowledge, skills and attitude required to create 3D digital animation. Additionally, it also teaches the participants how to apply quality standards for animation productions, operate a personal computer, and solve problems related to work activities, use mathematical concepts and techniques related to production and use relevant technologies.

● Caregiving NC II (786 hours)

   – The course is designed to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes of CAREGIVING in accordance with industry standards.  It consists of competencies that a person must achieve to provide care and support to infants/toddlers, provide care and support to children, foster social, intellectual, creative and emotional development of children, foster the physical development of children, provide care and support to elderly, provide care and support to people with special needs, maintain healthy and safe environment, respond to emergency, clean living room, dining room, bedrooms, toilet and bathroom, wash and iron clothes, linen, fabric, prepare hot and cold meals.

 

● Household Services NC II (216 hours)

   – This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, desirable attitudes and skills of Household Services in accordance with industry standards. It covers specialized competencies such as: clean living room, dining room, bedrooms, toilet, wash and iron clothes, line, fabric, prepare hot and cold meals/food, and provide food and beverage service.

Tourism (Hotel and Restaurant Services) Sector

 

● Front Office Services NC II (472 hours)

   – This course covers the knowledge, skills and attitudes in Front Office Services in accordance with Industry standards.  It covers basic, common and specialized (core) competencies such as receive and process reservations, operate computerized reservation system, Provide accommodation reception services, conduct night audit, provide club reception services, and provide porter services.

 

● Housekeeping NC II (436 hours)

   – This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude in Housekeeping specifically it covers, to provide housekeeping services to guest, prepare room for guest, clean premises, provide valet service , launder linen and guest clothes

 

● Food and Beverage Services NC II (356 hours)

   – This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude in FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES in accordance with industry standards.  It covers core competencies on cleaning bar areas, operating a bar, preparing and mixing of cocktails, providing link between kitchen and service areas, providing room service, providing food and beverage service, developing and updating of food and beverage knowledge and providing wine services. It covers the basic, common and core competencies.

 

● Bartending NC II (286 hours)

   – This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude of a BARTENDER/BARISTA in cleaning bar areas, operating bar, preparing and mixing cocktails in accordance with industry standards.  It covers the basic, common and core competencies.

 

● Commercial Cooking NC II (436 hours)

   – This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of any kitchen staff on food preparation. It includes competencies such as clean kitchen areas; cook hot and cold meals; and prepares portion and plate meat or food to guests in hotel, motel, restaurants, clubs, canteens, resorts and luxury lines cruises and other related operations.

 

● Bread and Pastry Production NC II (250 hours)

   – This course designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of a person to attain a clean equipment, tolls and utensils and prepare, portion and plate pastries, breads and other desserts items to guest in hotels, motels, restaurants, clubs, canteens, resorts and luxury lines/cruises and other related operations.

 

● Tour Guiding Services NC II (196 hours)

   – This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of an individual in the field of TOUR GUIDING SERVICES such as coordinating tour program/itinerary; guiding and accompanying tourist in a locality in accordance with industry standards.
