Computer Hardware Servicing NC II (392 hours)

This course is designed to develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes of a Computer Service Technician in accordance with industry standards. It covers basic and common competencies such as installing, maintaining, configuring, and diagnosing computer systems and networks.

Programming NC IV (252 hours)

This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of a trainee/student  on core competencies such as; Design Program Logic, Apply Program Development Approach, Apply Object-Oriented Program Language Skills and Apply Programming Skills in a Second Language  in accordance with the industry standards. It includes common competencies such as: Apply Quality Standards and Operate a Personal Computer.  It also includes basic competencies such as: Utilize specialized communication skills; Develop teams and individuals; Apply problem solving techniques in the workplace; Collect, analyze and organize information; Plan and organize work; and Promote environmental protection.

Contact Center Services NC II (356 hours)

This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of a trainee/student on core competencies such as: Communicate Effectively Using English Language, Deliver Quality Customer Service, Perform Computer Operation and Internet Navigation, Demonstrate Understanding and Knowledge for the American Culture and Geography in accordance with the industry standards.

Finishing Course in Call Center Agents NC II (100 hours)

This course is designed to develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes of a Contact Center Representative in accordance with industry standards.  It covers core competencies such as: Communicate Effectively in a Customer Contact Center and Render Quality Customer Service.

Animation NC II (516 hours)

This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of a trainee/student on core competencies such as: Produce Cleaned-up and In-betweened Drawings in accordance with the industry standards. It includes common competencies such as: Apply Quality Standards, Perform Computer Operations.

Professional Assistant Animator Training NC III (648 hours)

This course covers the knowledge, skills and attitude required to interpret animation specifications to produce key drawings for animation productions. Specifically, the module contains drawing model sheets, animation poses, animation expressions and revising and completing key drawings. Additionally, it also teaches the participants how to apply quality standards for clean-up and in-betweening work, operate a personal computer for line testing, solve problems related to work activities, use mathematical concepts and techniques related to production of drawings and use relevant technologies.

Professional 3D Maya Animation Training NC III (648 hours)

This course covers the knowledge, skills and attitude required to create 3D digital animation. Additionally, it also teaches the participants how to apply quality standards for animation productions, operate a personal computer, and solve problems related to work activities, use mathematical concepts and techniques related to production and use relevant technologies.
