Start and end of the filing of Certificates of Candidacy period is:
12:01 AM of November 11, 2020 to 11:59 PM of November 12, 2020
E-Certificate Forms can be requested via e-mail from Ms. Ruby Manalo (ruby.manalo@olgc.edu.ph) from November 5-10.
Certificates will be immediately reviewed after which the official list of candidates will be posted. Official candidates will be informed as well.
Start and end of the campaign period is 12:01 AM of November 16, 2020 to 11:59 PM of November 17, 2020. No candidate shall campaign prior to or after the declared time and date.
Campaign activities shall be limited to the following:
Online visits to official students and class groups (Google Classrooms, Zoom Class sessions, Messenger Groups, Viber Groups, etc.) Each visit requires the presence of the teacher-in-charge of the group.
E-posters and tarpaulins can be posted or presented in the same platforms as item 5a.
Distribution of digital leaflets and campaign materials.
Virtual campaigning will be allowed as well on personal accounts of students.
All campaign materials should be approved beforehand by the COMELEC.
Elections will be conducted online via Google Forms on November 18 & 19 from 9AM TO 3PM on both days. A separate set of guidelines from this will be issued.
